Three decades of expertise in skin repair
Dr. Ana Maria Solér grew frustrated by the reoccurring patients suffering from sun damaged skin, having to go through harsh treatment repeatedly. She became convinced there had to be a better way to treat them — and prevent it from happening in the first place.
Together with Dr. Qian Peng and Dr. Trond Warloe they had pioneered skin cancer research and invented patents for Photocure, that has since changed the lives of skin cancer and skin damaged patients worldwide. The team achieved further scientific leaps in stabilizing 5-ALA (5-aminolevulinic acid) in room temperature. Combining these inventions with the best sunscreen available, they created 3SKIN, a breakthrough sunscreen that repairs UV-damaged skin while also improving skin elasticity and skin health over time. Simply by being outside.

Runar brings over extensive experience across the telecommunications, media, and retail industries, with deep expertise in market entry, IT, and business strategy. He holds degrees from NHH and NTNU in Norway and is the founder and partner of the investment company Ignitas.
Long experience in advisory and analytical work, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises through business development, evaluation, and funding. As partner at Veridian, he combines strategic and financial insight with extensive leadership experience as CEO across the service, B2C, B2B, and real estate sectors.
In 2012, Marianne founded Cosmedica and subsequently established Elixir Cosmeceuticals in Norway and Sweden — a brand that has become firmly positioned in both markets. She brings extensive expertise in market trends, brand building, and positioning within highly competitive consumer segments
Anne Gro is an experienced global marketer and entrepreneur with a long international career in brand building and strategic marketing in some of the world largest companies. She holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the University of Mannheim in Germany and is founding partner of CMO- agency Ascension.
Oscar joined 3SKIN in 2017 and has served as CEO since 2021, leading the company’s innovation and scientific development initiatives. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Design Engineering and has completed additional courses in Medical Chemistry, Biophysics, and Biology at Masaryk University.
